What you eat may help lower your cholesterol, so eat more of the foods highlighted in this video:

Apples – Apples, grapes and strawberries are rich in pectin, a type of fiber that lowers LDL (“bad”) cholesterol.
Avocados – The monounsaturated fats in avocados help reduce bad cholesterol levels.
Watermelon – The lycopene that makes watermelon red has cholesterol-lowering properties.
Cold Water Fish – With high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, salmon, tuna and trout may lower triglycerides.
