Your results indicate a Moderate Risk for developing AFib.

While there are risk factors you can’t change, such as family history, age and ethnicity, most of the responsibility for controlling AFib falls within your control. It’s time to take your health seriously. You’re making an effort to be healthy by not smoking and getting some exercise, but equally as important is to know your blood pressure.

Commit to regular screenings and get help from your doctor if your results are elevated. If you need to lose weight, your doctor can help with that too. Incorporate fresher, unprocessed foods into your diet and find simple ways to boost activity, such as walking.
