As such, effective March 17th, we are screening visitors for travel or any current illness, and, if conﬁrmed, not be permitted to remain in the oﬃce. Limit of one family member may accompany the patient to the oﬃce visit.

If you believe you, or a family member, has symptoms consistent with COVID-19, please call your doctor’s office prior to your appointment. Once you arrive, immediately notify the desk of your symptoms and that you think you may have COVID-19.
